WHY I DO YOGA, AND WHY YOU MIGHT LIKE IT TOO

What can i say, I think Yoga is like a superhero. On a physical level, it can build strength and flexibility while on an internal level it can cultivate a sense of spaciousness and calm the mind – and let’s face it… we could all do with these, right?


WHO IS IT FOR

You don’t need to have done yoga before, I try to respond to different abilities and energy levels - no matter the limitation on any given day. My slower-flow classes combine breath with movement delivered dogma-free with care, attentiveness and an understanding of healthy alignment.

HOW WE WILL PRACTICE

After 14 years of practice and and a British Wheel of Yoga accreditation, I continue to explore a variety of movement techniques and disciplines and incorporate them when useful. I try not to load the practice with expectation so that the practice has a bit of lightness - we want it to feel good!
