What can i say, I love Yoga. I like that physical strength, tonality and flexibility and can be safely cultivated and at the same time get sense of wellbeing, balance and awareness from the practice.
In my classes, I respond to the energy of my students so classes are sometimes slow, sometimes strong. They combine flow sequences and breath with a focus on healthy alignment.
